Moe is a 34 year-old single father, a Marine and an Air Forceman since 1998. Those of you who know Moe also know him as a kind, gentle, and loving man.

Moe was recently diagnosed with Wegener's granulomatosis vasculitis, a rare disease which is an inflammation of the blood vessels. This disease restricts blood flow to vital organs such as the lungs and kidneys and can be fatal if left untreated. However, with early diagnosis and treatment, Moe can hope for a full recovery. Moe is facing several years of regular medical treatment to overcome this disease.

This is where you come in. We don't always get golden opportunities to help someone who truly needs our help. Moe has gone out of his way to help people with the curveballs that life has thrown their way. Now is our chance to do something for him.

The expenses associated with his extensive treatment will be mounting very quickly. There will be blood drives, fundraisers, and other events for Moe.
